Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Rescheduling an appointment is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• If we call you at your scheduled appointment time and you do not answer the call, your payment is non-refundable.
• Similarly, if you fail to attend an in-person meeting at your scheduled time, your payment is non-refundable.
